Cecile Raley Designs accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
All payments must be received in full in order for Cecile Raley Designs to create your Design Your Own order and to ship the Ready To Wear items.
Cecile Raley Designs does not offer payment plans on items bought from this website.
Design Your Own orders and Custom Orders can take up to 4 weeks to make before shipping.
Ready To Wear orders are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed.
Shipping is via United States Post Office, priority mail with tracking (2-3 days). All items within the U.S. are shipped with tracking and insurance. You will receive a shipping notice when the item has been mailed. All items are shipped within 24-48 hrs except Design Your Own and Custom Orders.
International shipping: all items ship insured for up to $400. Tracking outside the U.S. is not available. Shipping to some locations can take up to 3 weeks, so please be patient.
Buyers are responsible for any duty or import taxes.
You can track your order within the US by going to USPS.com and entering the tracking number provided to you upon shipping.
There is no tracking available on international orders.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON INSURANCE:
While all Cecile Raley Designs items are shipped with insurance, if your package does not arrive within 4 weeks (in the US) or 6 weeks (outside the US), please contact us to file a claim.
If after purchasing, you decide that you no longer want the item, Cecile Raley Designs will give you a full refund within 24 hours of purchase (for both Ready To Wear and Design Your Own items. After 24 hours, your order will be started (for Design Your Own), or mailed (for Ready To Wear).
Ready to wear: If you are not satisfied with the Ready To Wear item you purchased from Cecile Raley Designs, we accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Please ship the item back with tracking and full insurance, and Cecile Raley Designs will refund the money to the method of payment used at check out once it has been received. Custom Orders and Design Your Own orders are non-refundable.
If you feel that the item you received has a defect, please take a photo and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
We suggest that you take a screenshot of your design once it's been built and entered into your shopping cart, so that we can see what you have chosen (the screenshot should include the date and time which is usually at the bottom right on PCs).
DESIGN YOUR OWN and CUSTOM ORDERS
Design Your Own items use gems from reputable gem dealers in New York City and these are the only gems used for these designs. If you would like a specific gem used which is not an option on Design Your Own, then please email to discuss a Custom Order.

Please note that Cecile Raley Designs do not set customer's stones. We do not have insurance for that.
All gems are sourced from a gem dealer in New York City, they are of exceptional quality. Our gems are untreated whenever possible. Sapphires, rubies, and zircons may be heated, but are not otherwise treated in any way. Emeralds are oiled only.
Our metals are all recycled.
Our items are exclusively manufactured within the United States. Our experienced jewelers and setters have worked for top design houses in New York.
