Victorian Inspired Two Flower Open Ring in Argentium Silver with Ruby and Chrysoberyl
This design was inspired by a pair of Victorian flower earrings. I used them to make this two-flower bypass ring in a springtime combination of bright and happy colors. The casting is in (recycled) argentium silver but I can make it in other metals also. I used old mine ruby cabochons for this piece (no heat) and chrysoberyls (also no heat) as side stones. The beaded setting is done all by hand, as is the millgrain. It could also be done without millgrain for a cleaner look.
The smaller flower is 8mm across, the larger about 10mm.
Custom orders for these are welcome, but keep in mind that the labor for these, especially setting, is expensive, because you are looking at setting 11 stones (not two, as with my usual studs), and adding millgrain at the end.
The ring is a size 6 right now and I can make minor adjustments to it by opening it up to a 7. Any other adjustments require sizing via lazer solder. There is a resizing fee of $10 for sizing, which takes about a week.
