Sunflower Ring with Apatite and Rhodolite in Argentium Silver
This antique-inspired halo ring was spontaneously named the "sunflower" ring by two separate people, so it stuck. The little petals are scalloped but come to a point, and the hand-applied millgrain adds to the flower look. This model is cast in recycled argentium silver. The ring sits low on the hand.
This design takes a 5mm round center stone and 8 outer stones that need to be about 1.2mm in size. The center stone I picked is a 5mm apatite (could be heated). The outer stones are rhodolite garnets. The flower itself is 11mm wide.
The ring is a generous size 7. There is a resizing fee of $10 for silver and sizing takes about a week.
I can do this ring in other colors and metals.
