Edwardian Ring in 14 K Yellow Gold with Tunduru Spinel
This is a new design, for now it is called "Edwardian Ring" because the original design stems from that period so far as I know. lt holds a 5mm center. The ring is stepped and the sides are engraved. The setting is beaded and makes the design look square from the top. The ring is hand engraved before casting. The shank is 1.2mm and very very slightly tapered. The height of the ring is just over 5mm.
The center gem is a spinel from the Tunduru region in Tanzania. No treatment, Portuguese cut, approximately 5mm.
I'll be developing this ring for a larger center, maybe an oval (suggestions are welcome) because I do not have that many ring options for ovals.
The casting is in 14K Yellow Gold.
The ring is a size 7 1/4 but I can make it smaller or larger for $20. Sizing takes about a week. Please see the menu for available sizing options.
